Unit "OTS.1X100X9.ACMU.SS316"

The unit is built to the company Gates Hydraulic UK in the alliance of Offshore Consortium Esbjerg (OCE).

The oil flushing unit is built for flushing of hydraulic hoses with different sizes from ¼" to 1½" and turbulent flow conditions with a RE>3000 with a maximum length of 1,5meter. The maximum capacity is 6 hoses at the same time.

All piping, oil reservoir and framework is built in stainless steel SS304. The unit have integrated a new developed safe and multi easy handed return manifold which grip all return hoses in one easy operation and at the same time there will be a minimum of oil splash around the unit. The unit is fitted with an on-line particle monitoring display, which give the cleanliness result in ISO4406 class, and the unit is resulting with a cleanliness specification better than ISO 4406 Class 16/14/11.

Furthermore the unit is fitted with option for purge hoses with filtered air to remove the residual oil.
