| Under the name FAYARD A/S, Fredericia Shipyard A/S has been secured for the future as of 2011. The shipyard vil be established in an area located in Munkebo close to Odense in Denmark. At the completion of the area, the new repair shipyard will have: | |||

| · | Dock 2: 280 x 44 x 7 m (dockpit 6,2 x 6,2 x 2,4) | ||
| · | Dock 3: 315/415 x 90 x 8 m. (From medio 2011) | ||
| · | Dock 4: 145 x 30 x 8 m. ( dockpit 6,2 x 6,2 x 2,4 ) | ||
| · | Crane capacity up to: 1000 tonnes | ||
| · | Repair quay: 700 meter | ||
| · | Construction/assemply hall: 8000 m2 |
